Painting with intention means to paint something one means to paint.

It may be a concept.  The intention to portray that concept will flow out and transmit energetically as one paints.  It transmits by the colors one chooses or by the way the strokes are laid.  The visual effect will be captured.

My first Youtube video made on February 1st, 2010,  all made  with the help of dear friends that I am so grateful for, demonstrates this very clearly.  The intention was the title, Love Gets Around.  For each word or concept, there was a conscious action and a final visual display of it.  It was brilliant how it flowed.  When you really feel like you are getting the message across, you will know it and it will feel so good.  You will feel so self expressed.  It's like experiencing a miracle!  Try it on your own or through one of my workshops.  It's powerful!
